How should agencies be assessing their level of where they are and where they want to be? This panel will discuss workforce requirements to succeed in predictive analytics projects, Workforce 2025 (OPM/RPA), CDO council/training government workforce, action plan 2020 for data skills, Data Readiness and prep for predictive analytics, culture, and change management in agencies.
