Fireside Chat on Resiliency
In many countries, the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered new challenges and obstacles for government agencies. Many are still grappling with how to use funds for maximum impact as they embrace the “Next Normal.” For many CIOs, the challenge ahead is daunting and vague on where to start. The roadmap to the “Next Normal” requires organizations to move from their initial response to the crisis to a state of readiness, and ultimately a resilient, digital organization. In this three-part series, CIOs will dive into the process of how agencies have navigated through crisis management.
Join us for part one, which will cover the framework for dealing with a crisis like the Pandemic. Federal CIOs will recall how their agency responded to the crisis, as well as lessons learned.
