Fireside Chat on Resiliency
In many countries, the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered new challenges and obstacles for government agencies. Many are still grappling with how to use funds for maximum impact as they embrace the “New Normal.” For many CIO’s, the challenge ahead is daunting and vague on where to start. The roadmap to the “New Normal” requires organizations to move from their initial response to the crisis to a state of readiness, and ultimately a resilient, digital organization. In this three-part series, CIO’s will dive into the process of how agencies have navigated through crisis management.
Join us for part two, which will cover the readiness of agencies, the lessons learned, applying lessons, and being ready for what’s next. Federal CIOs will go in-depth about the changes and innovations that have been incorporated into their agency and how they plan to make it a part of the “New Normal”.
