Courtney A. Winship is the Chief of the Digital Services Division in the Office of Citizenship and Applicant Information Services at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. In this capacity, Ms. Winship oversees design and development of myUSCIS, an online service that provides tools and resources to simplify the immigration experience as well as the USCIS website in English and Spanish. In her previous roles at USCIS, Ms. Winship served as the Special Assistant to the USCIS Chief of Staff, Senior Advisor in the Public Engagement Division, and Acting Chief of Intergovernmental Affairs. She also led USCIS’ Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law initiative with all federal, state, and local partners. Ms. Winship joined USCIS in 2007 as an adjudicator in the London (UK) Field Office.
