Metrics Project Team

This project team seeks to understand operational metrics from tools already established and the Failure rates seen from pipeline. The focus of this team is on “how do we capture those customer relevant/focused/centric metrics when delivering capabilities through the pipeline? What value is the pipeline creating and how do we measure it?” This team’s deliverable is to come up with a model that would apply with most agencies in terms of baseline information.
