David Peters is is the Director of Telecom Supplier Engagement at the U.S. General Services Administration, where he leads a multi-billion dollar supplier relationships for all GSA government-wide telecommunications contracts including EIS, Networx, mobility, satellite, network integration/support, and relay vehicles.

David has also served as Director of Mobility and Nice Programs at GSA, directing network service program teams responsible for network service acquisition programs including mobility, satellite, network integration/support and relay services.

Prior to his tenure at GSA, he was a Group Manager and Program Manager with Verizon and also a Sales Executive with AT&T Global Markets. David has also worked for the U.S. Department of Interior and the Naval Surface Warfare Center during his distinguished career.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Marketing/Management Information Systems from Penn State University. He also completed an Executive Program in Supply Chain Management Strategies and Innovations at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
