Working Group Kickoff Event:
Workforce Modernization Alliance Working Group
August 26, 2026 | 1:30-2:30 PM EST (Virtual)
ATARC is excited to launch the Workforce Modernization Alliance, a new working group bringing together government workforce leaders and practitioners to identify practical, mission-aligned solutions. This interactive virtual kickoff will explore what is happening across government, what is working, where challenges remain, and where collaboration can make the greatest difference.
Insights from the session will help shape the Alliance’s priorities, future programming, research, and volunteer-led solutions.
The kickoff will explore:
      – AI and automation’s impact on government work
      – Upskilling and continuous learning
      – Recruitment and next-generation talent pipelines
      – Retention and the employee experience
      – Leadership and organizational readiness for change
Join us to share promising practices, identify challenges too large for any one agency to solve alone, and turn workforce priorities into collective action.
