The intent of the Guidebook is to provide a reference guide outlining the utility and use of artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, as well as best practices, opportunities for implementation, and potential challenges involved. The Guidebook covers essential subjects related to AI and data analytics such as Machine Learning Methodology, Privacy and Security, Data Management, Measurements of Effectiveness/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Human-Machine Interaction, Societal Impacts of Artificial Intelligence, Organizational Change Management, and Governance.
