David Yang

David Yang has more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector holding various executive positions responsible for driving the growth and adoption of leading-edge technologies.

David is currently a Senior Vice President at ITG where he works alongside clients in the public and private sector to create and deliver digital transformation initiatives. He is responsible for driving adoption of emerging technologies enabling digital transformation in the public and private sector to include Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce and Amazon Web Services.

Prior to ITG, David was a Vice President at ICF; a Vice President at DMI; Director, Homeland Security at Sapient and an Account Executive at Appian.

He holds the rank of Captain as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT with the Bowie Volunteer Fire Department in Prince George’s County, MD.

David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising Design from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Baltimore.
