Joel Horwitz

Joel Horwitz is the Founder and CEO of JAH Strategic Consulting, LLC. He brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience to the Federal Health community as a skilled strategist and growth executive. Having served in various executive roles throughout his career, Joel started JAH Strategic Consulting to help businesses of all sizes design and execute strategic growth strategies. He has expertise in facilitating, engaging and supporting cross-functional teams of government and industry leaders, always focused on helping companies and federal clients achieve the broader mission.

Joel is a Fellow and former Executive Committee Member of the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council (ACT –IAC). He has supported the Federal Health Architecture (FHA) Managing Board, and has engaged in support of the Federal CIO Council subcommittee on technology. He has also served on the HIMSS (National) Business Technology Task Force.

He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Commonwealth University, Bachelors of Arts (BA) from the University of Rhode Island, earned a Certificate of Merit from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
