Robyn Rees is the Senior Advisor for Human Capital Transformation at the Department of the Interior, within the Office of Human Capital. Ms. Rees leverages her experience with Information Technology management, governance, budget, and project execution, to unlock human capital data leveraging advanced technologies. She is a passionate advocate for enabling an “ever-ready” workforce that is highly resilient, adaptable to the changing world of work, and who will continue to be highly contributing members of diverse teams. Through the DOI Office of Human Capital efforts to enable an ecosystem of continuous reskilling and redeploying, Ms. Rees is an advocate for prioritizing human capital, workforce, and work data, in order to provide equitable access to employment and advancement information over a long, varied, and diverse career.
