Zero Trust Lab Phase 2 Demonstration

with Available Networks, Darktrace Federal, Walacor Corporation, and Technology Partners

September 13, 2024 from 12 PM – 3 PM ET

Join our ATARC Zero Trust Lab Phase 2 Demonstration with Available Networks, Darktrace Federal, Walacor Corporation, and Technology Partners. Available Networks was created to build a national security grade private networking environment designed and integrated to meet the standards, methods and best practices defined by the Zero Trust Architectures from NIST, CISA and the U.S. Department of Defense. That solution, ZTNS, is currently being deployed by DHS CISA and the Department of the Airforce. ZTNS will be used here today to meet all 13 scenarios for Phase II.

Please note — this demonstration is a government-only audience. You must register with your government email address to be admitted (.gov or .mil). If you are a contractor, you must register as representing your government agency. If you have any questions, please email Amy Karpowicz at akarpowicz@atarc.org.

In this Phase 2 integration lab, Available Networks, Darktrace Federal, and Walacor Corporation will demonstrate the thirteen (13) ATARC defined Zero Trust use cases with an integrated solution. This Zero Trust integration lab leverages our industry-leading partners: ZeroTier, Inc.; Microsoft Azure; Forescout Technologies, Inc.; Sentry Enterprises; and Onclave Networks, Inc.

ZTNS provides a compliant, easy to deploy, cost-effective alternative to rebuilding enterprise infrastructure. Our pre-configured suite of advanced, proven technologies reduces time to compliance, the need for ZT SMEs, as well as the typical risks and costs associated with traditional enterprise transitions. It can be used to enable the use of existing tools to ensure ROI for enterprise customers with existing tools in their security stack.

National Security Grade Cybersecurity Protection: ZTNS encrypts connections “point-to-point” using cryptographically separated networks, protected endpoints and AI/ML-driven detection, response and mitigation, thereby moving the security stack as close as possible to the edge.

CPS for Critical Infrastructure Should, Where Possible, Be Completely Separated from IT:
Separation and segmentation/micro-segmentation using both software hardware is incorporated into ZTNS. In some national security systems, “air-gapping” may be required and can be achieved using ZTNS.

AI/ML Driven, Machine Speed Detection and Response: Human-Assisted, Automated, and/or Autonomous. Our AI/ML driven ZT Policy Engine is a “learning” system that focuses on “pattern of life profiling” for all users and devices to deliver advanced anomalous detection capabilities, unique to ZTNS.

High Availability, Redundant, MESH Network in Emergency The ability to rapidly deploy a ZT network environment “a utility” on a national scale to allow for national security and emergency preparedness use cases. (NS/EP)
Rapid, Efficient Transition to Zero Trust Secure Posture ZTNS operationalizes Zero Trust requirements, meeting 131 of 152 DoD ZT controls COTS, balance being met at completion of implementation.

Bringing Secure Networking, Intelligence and Resilience to the Edge ZTNS Pods can be deployed at any of the 85,000 cell towers nationally (or at any facility) and connected as a mesh network.  Each Pod can accommodate multiple tenants, housed locally or in any cloud, with individually deployed separate encrypted networks.
