Digital Transformation Blog Series
ATARC is excited to present our latest collaboration of “What is digital modernization?”, a blog series with former Fed, Brian Fox, and our Industry Chair, Jennifer Kenney-Smith from our Digital Transformation Working Group. This monthly blog series will present a fresh new perspective on the opportunities that true digital modernization is offering to the Federal Government. We hope it facilitates a discussion on the need to modernize technology in government and how to best approach this transformational effort.

The Year of the Hybrid Podcast: Listen here!
Agencies are likely to see a continuation of hybrid work patterns as they define their ‘new normal’ for post-COVID operations. The number, size, location, and even function of physical offices may change as well. These trends have implications for the technology and the partnerships agencies will need to consider in structuring their post-pandemic office, workflows, and mission execution. What technologies are likely to be most important in this transition? What partnerships? What are key resources to consider —and key risks?

Working Groups
Workforce Transformation
This group will engage with experts in the various domains to create both an ongoing podcast series and a working lab concept that will continue demonstrating the importance of having an ever-ready workforce. It is the next step following the completion of the logic model published in 2021. Members of the team will be able to get involved in two projects in one meeting.
This podcast series features the government’s top thinkers, doers, and visionaries taking on the challenge of reimagining how the federal workforce works. Produced and hosted by the ATARC Workforce Transformation Working Group.
