Workforce Transformation
This group will engage with experts in the various domains to create both an ongoing podcast series and a working lab concept that will continue demonstrating the importance of having an ever-ready workforce. It is the next step following the completion of the logic model published in 2021. Members of the team will be able to get involved in two projects in one meeting.
This podcast series features the government’s top thinkers, doers, and visionaries taking on the challenge of reimagining how the federal workforce works. Produced and hosted by the ATARC Workforce Transformation Working Group.

Better Procurement
The Better Procurement Working Group is generating a variety of resources to address the many issues with government acquisitions and procurement processes, and how automating them can reduce time lost, taper cost, and minimize lost assets. More specifically, these resources will assist with identifying efficiencies and reducing the amount of days it takes for a much needed support contract to be awarded, clearly defining, developing and communicating requirements to optimize understanding, and streamlining the source selection process. These efforts will help to improve government and vendor communications; ensuring that solutions do not become obsolete before they can be effectively implemented, and recommendations for overcoming barriers in future procurements are widely available for the procurement community.
