Digital Transformation Working Group Publication

The purpose of the Workforce Transformation Working Group is to enable current and prospective employees to navigate the changing world of work.

The Working Group, consisting of members from industry, academia, and the government, spent the spring and summer of 2021 imagining a world where each person was enabled to navigate the changing world of work, and where organizations were equipped to thrive amidst constantly changing environmental factors.

As an outcome, they arrived at redefining the traditional meanings of Digital Transformation and Workforce Transformation. 

In this publication, learn more about the group’s research, analysis, evaluation of how and why today’s typical workplace, workforce, and organization can evolve in the future and where all of us  can effect change that positions digital transformation and workforce transformation to co-evolve, to maximize positive outcomes for workers and organizations.
