Legal and Privacy Aspects of an Insider Risk Program
August 8, 2023, 1:30-2:00 PM ETÂ
Effective insider risk programs are critical to US Government organizations, industry contractors and commercial entities, and academic institutions. Many entities, however, operate under different laws, regulations, and authorities. In this webinar, attendees will learn about policies and boundaries set forth by law, how insider risk professionals can work with key legal stakeholders to obtain buy-in and advocacy, and how organizations can take steps to ensure they are operating within the parameters of the laws, regulations, and authorities governing them. Moreover, attendees will gain insight into navigating non-traditional and uncorroborated events, resolving identities, and protecting data and information.
